Terms of Sale
"All sales must be paid in cash, cashier's check, or money order before any animal(s) will be permitted
to leave the premises. Standard health certificate is included in the price, but any
requirements for blood tests or additional tests will be at buyer's expense. Any animals not picked up within 14
days from date of sale will be charged $2 per day board until picked up, unless prior arrangements are
made.
All animals are current for this area on vaccinations (CD/T, CL) and worming. Seller is not responsible for any
veterinary bills incurred after animal has left premises.
Animals purchased as breeding animals will be guaranteed to be breeders for a period of 6 months for bucks, 8 months
for does. If animal shows any signs of trauma, sickness, or injury, guarantee is voided. If animal shows any
signs of AI, flushing, or any other surgical procedures, then guarantee is voided. If animal is returned as being
a non-breeder, it is totally at the buyer's expense, and animal must be returned to the farm where purchased. At
this time, seller has 6 months to prove that animal is a breeder. If at the end of six months, animal is indeed found
to be a non-breeder, the buyer and seller may agree upon one of the following: 1) Return of purchase price ONLY. (no
expenses will be returned) OR 2) replacement of animal with another of equal value---there is no guarantee
that the replacement will be from the same breeding or from the original sire/dam. If seller finds animal to be a
breeder either through semen collection for bucks or doe is shown to be pregnant, then animal must be picked
up from the farm. All expenses
will be borne by the buyer."
